Shipping Origin and Fulfillment Time

All orders ship from our shop in Victoria, BC, Canada. 🇨🇦

We do our best to ship your order within 1 business day, but wait times may be longer during sales or particularly busy times.

Shipping Within Canada

Orders ship within Canada using UPS or Canada Post.

• If Canada Post is on strike, we will use UPS
• For addresses in remote areas and P.O. boxes, we are only able to ship with Canada Post.

If you have a preference for UPS or Canada Post for shipping within Canada, please leave a note at checkout and we will accommodate if possible.

We are happy to offer free shipping within Canada for orders above $200 CAD.

Shipping to the United States

We are not currently shipping to the United States. If you'd like to place an order to the United States, you can reach out using our contact form for an estimate of the duties required to be pre-paid before shipping.

Shipping Internationally (Excluding The United States)

International shipments - except to the U.S.A (see above) - will be shipped via Canada Post as it is the most cost effective. If you would like to use UPS instead, please let us know in the order notes and we can provide a quote for the additional cost.
