ABOUT THIS PATTERN
The Monty is a pant that gives a lot while also being quite demure. The front pleats add just the right amount of volume while the back elastic gives you a waistband that doesn't punish you after lunch. The exposed zipper adds a little utility, a quiet flex. It has a higher waist fit, legs that taper to the ankle and is forgiving through the hip. These pants don't ask for attention, they get it anyway. Oh and there's a shorts view too *wink.
Our patterns come in PDF format for use at home, copy shop or projecting with both size ranges included. The DD range comes in sizes XS - XXL and the JJ range comes in sizes 1X - 5X.

This pattern is available in 2 size ranges; DD 0-20 and JJ 16-34
Malak is wearing View A in a size S from the DD size range in Carefree Cotton Linen Twill from Blackbird Fabrics in color Cocoa. She is wearing View B in a size S from the DD size range in a 6 oz cotton from Mood. Her measurements are; 34"/26"/37" at 5'8".
FABRIC RECOMMENDATION
This pattern was created for light to mid weight woven pant fabrics; poplin/linen/canvas/tropical weight wool, etc. However, we believe you can make everything out of anything, feel free to contact us for advice if you’re feeling adventurous.
