RECOMMENDED FABRIC

Medium to heavy-weight, non-stretch natural textiles like cotton denim, twill, and canvas suit this pattern best.  Recommended fabric weight: between 8 - 12 oz (250 - 400 gsm) You can see a list of recommended fabrics by clicking here.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Your choice of woven, non-stretch fabric
  • 1.3 yards (1.2 metres) of midweight fusible interfacing (based on 20” or 51cm width)
  • Matching thread
  • Heavyweight topstitch thread (optional)
  • A marking tool (chalk or Frixion pen)
  • 6-8 Buttons or snaps 15 - 17 mm (~ 5/8”) wide
  • Basting tape (optional, but recommended)
  • Rivets x 6 (optional)
  • Point turner
