I wanted to create something that offered her comfort, flexibility, and gentleness.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThe Nico styles feature a waistband with elastic at the sides and double drawstrings that tie at the front, making it easy to adjust throughout the day (and add a playful touch!). The flat waistband at the front and the gently elasticized sides allow the body to grow with minimal pressure on the stomach and lower back, and ease in with drawstrings when needed.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003eThe pants have an easeful fit overall with a wide straight leg and pin-tucked seams down the front and back legs.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThe Nico Pant is offered in sizes XS-6XL, and comes in 4 additional cropped lengths with a slight flare at the hem- 2 shorts and 2 capri lengths\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eA straight stitch machine and serger are used to make this style, though an alternate seam finish can be easily adapted.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThe recommended sewing level for this pattern is\u003cb\u003e\u003cspan\u003e \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/b\u003e\u003ci\u003eIntermediate.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/i\u003eAfter 2.5 years of sewing this style myself and seeing it worn and loved by so many customers, I’m so excited to be able to share the Nico Pants as a sewing pattern!
