Cozy Jackets - Intermediate Workshop - Mondays in June

ABOUT THIS WORKSHOP

The much anticipated cozy jacket workshop is here! We'll be using Merchant and Mills' super soft jacquard cottons for the exterior, and your choice of linens to create this fully-lined, cropped jacket with a tie closure. This jacket is cropped just below the waist - refer to the product photos to see an example using the "Moss" exterior fabric.

All equipment, fabric, thread, and other materials are provided.

SKILL LEVEL

• Adult 15+
• Intermediate: As with any skill, previous experience will help you thrive, so we recommend having some previous sewing experience for this project.

• Working with a pattern (transferring markings, using grainlines, etc)
  
• Sewing machine basics
• Serger basics
• Inserting a lining
  
• Inset sleeve method
• Adding pockets
• And a bunch more!

LOCATION

This workshop is located in our shop at 1722 Lillian Road in Victoria.

While the building is wheelchair accessible, the washroom unfortunately is not. There is an accessible washroom in Hollywood park across the street.

Please choose your fabric colours and pattern size when you purchase your ticket. You can see all of the options in the product images - click to enlarge.

This helps us prepare the right patterns and fabric lengths. Please choose carefully as you won't be able to switch during the workshop!

CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel up to 72 hours before the first class and receive a full refund or credit towards a future class. Partial refunds are not possible if you can't finish the workshop series. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the class start time are not eligible for a refund. Learn more.
