Beginner - Tank Dress - Friday, June 16th

ABOUT THIS WORKSHOP

In this one-day workshop, we'll make a tank dress with tie straps - perfect for the beach! In this workshop, you'll learn about the entire process of taking your measurements to the final hem. We'll add bust darts for shaping, use a serger for a professional finish, and learn about adding a bias binding for the straps.

All fabric, supplies, and equipment are provided. Fabric is pre-washed so it doesn't shrink when you get home.

LOCATION

This workshop is located in our shop at 1722 Lillian Road in Victoria.

CHOOSING YOUR SIZE AND FABRIC COLOUR

Please choose a fabric colour when you purchase your ticket.

Please also refer to the size chart in the product images to choose your size. Numbered sizing does not correlate with US "dress sizes".

We strive to make all of our workshops size inclusive: Adults above or below the size chart, please reach out and we can arrange to grade the pattern for you. If you are between two sizes, no need to reach out; we can grade between sizes during the workshop!

ACCESSIBILITY 

While the building and workstations are wheelchair accessible, the washroom unfortunately is not. There is an accessible washroom in Hollywood park across the street.

We have machines with hand controls (no pedal required). Please let us know in the checkout notes if you require this type of machine so we can ensure it's set up for you.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel up to 72 hours before the class and receive a full refund or credit towards a future class. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the class start time are not eligible for a refund. Learn more.
